The Process
Industrial Pre-Vacuuming: We utilized HEPA-filtered industrial vacuums to remove 99% of dry particulate matter and “urban grit” before the wet phase.
Eco-Safe Pre-Treatment: Given the Garden’s commitment to sustainability, we applied a non-toxic, plant-based emulsifier to break down deep-seated oils and traffic lane graying.
High-Heat Steam Extraction: Using truck-mounted equipment, we injected 200°F steam to sanitize fibers and extract embedded contaminants from the carpet’s base.
Rapid-Dry Technology: We deployed high-velocity air movers to ensure a 2-hour dry time, preventing moisture buildup in the humidity-sensitive garden environment.
