The Process

  1. Pre-Inspection & Surface Testing: Tested pH compatibility on custom velvet fabrics and delicate wood sealants to ensure zero discoloration or finish degradation.

  2. Hardwood Floor Deep Extraction: Utilized low-moisture auto-scrubbing equipment paired with wood-safe alkaline cleaners to lift grease and embedded dirt, followed by a protective neutralizer.

  3. Fine Upholstery & Sofa Sanitization: Applied low-moisture hot water extraction to deep-clean velvet and wool-blend dining chairs, lifting organic food spots without oversaturating the padding.

  4. Leather Conditioning: Hand-cleaned and conditioned all leather seating using premium oils to restore softness, shine, and moisture barrier protection.
