Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I discovered on time steam cleaning several years ago when my husband spilled a bottle of red wine on my favorite carpet. They might have saved our marriage!! Seriously, though, they counseled me through what to do until they arrived to pick up the carpet and then restored the carpet to its original splendor. I’ll never use anyone else!! They are also the kindest people ever—they do an amazing job AND they’re the loveliest humans to deal with. Exactly the type of business I want to support!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The staff is professional, conscientious, and does a great job. The owner is also incredibly responsive and helpful. It’s rare these days to be able to actually communicate directly with the owner of a company, and I really appreciated that.

I highly recommend NYC Steam Cleaning for your next deep cleaning!

Verified There was a leak in my building that ended up with water settling under my 3-week old new wall-to-wall white carpeting and creating a stain. NYC Steam Cleaning made everything very easy - everyone on the team was friendly and accommodating from scheduling to cleaning, they cleaned and treated the area so it again looks like the new carpeting it is, were on time and communicative, followed up afterward, and overall it was just smooth sailing. Highly recommend, will definitely use them again and suggest to friends and family!

Verified NYC steam cleaning literally made my couch look brand new. I have a light grey couch that I've had for years and no matter how much I spot treated it, there were always stains. The team came to my house, were incredibly professional, and made my couch spotless. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend this company to anyone that needs a steam clean for a couch or anything else.

Verified I had a very difficult to treat rug which had some pet-related issues. NYS Steam Cleaning put the rug through three cleaning cycles in order to remove odors, and did not charge me extra for this. They were in communication with me all along the way, keeping me informed re progress. I think they went above and beyond in this instance and the rug is significantly cleaner. I would highly recommend!

Verified We reached out to NYC steam cleaning to get our white couch cleaned as it had a big stain. Jen and team called ahead of time to tell me they were coming for an estimate and showed up perfectly on time. Jen immediately saw the stain and said upfront that it was going to be a tough one. We decided to proceed anyway. Once they started they realized the stain wasn't going to come out and stopped immediately saying they didn't want to take our money and not do a complete job. Jen was very honest upfront and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We couldn't use them this time but will definitely call them back when we need it again and will recommend them to any friends who need a good and reliable service.

Verified I couldn't love this company more. I posted a review a couple of years ago under On Time Steam Cleaning, so check that one out as well.

These folks are amazing! They are fair, prompt, responsible, and kind. They treated my family rug like it belongs in a palace. AND it looks gorgeous. Love them. Would highly recommend Reuven and Jen. Nicest, sweetest, most professional people. They'll always get my return business.

Verified Due to Covid I was hesitant to have a cleaning service (or any service for that matter) come to my apartment. I made a long overdue phone call to NYC steam cleaning to help take care of some deep stains in my carpet. After a phone call I was confident the job would get done along with following the Covid protocols. Jen came, introduced herself and the other staff, explained exactly what would be going on and got to work. I am extremely happy with the work that was completed. The price was fair and the outcome was outstanding. Will definitely be using this company in the future.

Verified Outstanding service as well as customer service. I contacted NYC Steam Cleaning for Electrostatic fogging (anti virus) for my apartment. Because there were six insulation workmen in here for 8 hours!
The fogging service was the most stress free and the easiest part of an incredibly stressful day. Jen Sarferty should get an award for not only excellent communication and knowledge, but going above and beyond for friendly, courteous customer service. She kept in communication letting me know she could accommodate an earlier time the day of which was really appreciated. She advised me of her travel time, explained the process the products and even checked in with me when she got to the house and when she was finished to make sure she was covering the areas I wanted done. (I was not home.) A last minute request to add a small closet was no problem. There was never pressure to buy more service or pay ahead. She was able to answer all my questions even when I called the next day to see if I could mop. Also to thank her for being the only easy part of the day. This is a professional company with polite and courteous staff including Lisa in the office who are knowledgeable and do a great job. The place was spotless after and my quote and receipt were emailed to me promptly. I would highly recommend.

Verified I came back after 6 months away from my apartment due to covid-19 to find that my rug had been submerged in water during a flood and then rolled up by my super/landlord. It had been sitting like that for two weeks and was obviously in bad shape. I called NYC Steam Cleaning and Jen picked up the rug within 30 minutes. Within two and a half weeks, the returned the rug good as new to my new apartment. I'm very grateful to have worked with them and in particular Jen. Thank you!

Quality Assurance – ATP Testing (Before & After)

Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) is the energy molecule found in all living things, making it an absolute indicator determining if a surface is clean of germs and bacteria. ATP test is used mainly in food manufacturing and healthcare applications

At NYC Steam Cleaning we are offering an optional ATP test before and after our disinfection service so successful results are proven.

We are using the Hygina UltraSnap™ all-in-one ATP sampling test used with Hygina luminometers.

Steam Cleaning Services For Carpets And Upholstery

In order to get rid of allergy-causing contaminants, NYC Steam Cleaning relies on expert carpet cleaning methods and equipment featuring deep-down extraction.
We closely follow all of the recommendations issued by the manufacturers, as well as all the warranty requirements before putting our truck-mounted carpet cleaning system to work.
We pay extra attention to high foot traffic areas where most of the dirt, grime, bacteria, and germs tend to embed deeply in the carpet fibers.
Our technicians only work with custom-made solutions for each carpet, especially when it comes to the more sensitive and easily damageable Oriental rugs made of wool, silk, and other similar fabrics. We also specialize in deodorizing services, along with repairs and the application of a stain-resistant protective coating that will keep all carpets looking and feeling fresh for a longer time.
Our specialized steam cleaning services for carpets and upholstery basically involve the use of the hot water extraction procedure that eliminates even the toughest and deepest embedded dirt in a 100% safe manner. We only use soft water and a special formula for our cleaners that will be injected straight into the fibers of the carpet. With the help of powerful suction that can extract the dirt deep down, we will also eliminate all traces of allergens, along with around 95 percent of the moisture.

The majority of manufacturers highly recommend this procedure as one of the safest and most efficient in the industry. It will not only leave your carpets cleaner and looking better than ever, but it will also eradicate the bacteria and germs and make your home/office safer and healthier.
